In the Residential and Recreational Districts ONLY a shed no larger than 100 s.f. may be placed within 1 ft. of the property lot line. All other shed sizes or Zoning Districts must follow the required setbacks. Check the Zoning Dimensional Table Check the Building Permit Application Permits are issued 8:30-9:30 a.m. or 4:00-5:00 p.m. ONLY. Permit Fee: $25.00
